Just Relax
I've gotten stressed out by some simplistic situations. Oftentimes these situations have caused me to lose my sense of direction, my focus and even my composure. But I'm never one to make these decisions and live in a sense of regret! Instead I regroup, refocus and come back stronger than ever, ready and waiting for the next challenge to arise. But, it all begins with RELAXATION. The act of becoming composed, even in the most complex of situations. My personal definition of RELAX is regroup, engage, live, adapt and in turn excite. Regroup to that Chill Spot. That place, where your inner being is in full control of your exterior. Engage, becoming apart of activities that shape your mind. Live! Begin to live! Live in the now, not the next. Let your mind reconnect with the pulse of you, your heart, as you draw closer to the true you. Adapt! Begin changing your being, in order to flow with the elements of peace! Let your thoughts and actions simultaneously allow you to become one with You! And finally, Excite! After all these components reach an apex, that's when you'll see and feel pure excitement. This excitement will send endorphins rushing, quickly eliminating stress. Free yourself today! It's definitely worth it! RELAX!

A Better You!
Now my fellow Chillers this post is definitely for you. Listen up! So we live in a world where we are always on the look out for something better than we have. Albeit, better sales, better food, better jobs or in some instances better relationships. But honestly, have you ever stopped to ask yourself WHY? Why are we so obsessed with getting better. Some of us become so obsessed, that we often push, way outside our comfort zone, into a place, we aren't even comfortable, all in search of "getting better". But what if the "best" has always been with you from the start? What if, better is just a figment of your imagination? What if better, is only, just that. But we already have our best. We must start acknowledging, that we are the best, just as we are. No hustle or bustle required. We need to refrain from becoming too caught up in the expectations of others, but rather begin evolving into beings who are comfortable in just "being". Being, is a state, where one is comfortable with who you are and is driven by an actually purpose in life. Can we stop to find our purpose? Find out what makes us who we are, and then, only then, will we find our "true self".

Taking Risks
Have you ever noticed how fearless a risk taker can be? They just project this "I'm going for it" attitude. Sometimes it's when we over think our actions, that we get trapped into fear. Sometimes it's during the overthinking process, that the little birdie's start chirping "Don't do it, don't do it". Then doubt sets in, controlled by fear, that inevitabley discredits the yearning for taking that risk or trying something new. For stepping out of your comfort zone, into the known. Sometimes we need to free ourself of the burden called fear. Reach out on that limb, take that leap of faith, knowing it will all work out for Good! Never let fear stop you from being that risk taker you were born to be. That person with the greatest self confidence. That person with the steadfast belief that the mind controls the actions. So put your mind to it today, always releasing fear, whilst embracing risks, ensure that there is no lull in your growth process on your continued quest of becoming a better you. Are you ready world? Giving of yourself
It can be so easy at times to say NO, without even considering the joy that a YES may bring. We oftentimes lose the happiness embedded in our bodies, because of our seemingly innate drive to say NO. Don't get me wrong, I know there is a time and place when NO is the adequate answer, but oftentimes we completely eliminate the possibilities of saying YES. Giving of ourself, giving because we can, giving because it's the right thing to do or simply giving because it makes us happier than we were yesterday. We must always remember that giving of ourself, beyond our natural born capabilities is truly one way of finding that inner peace, so many of us richly seek. It's the internal "Chill-Spot" for a better you. So as we grow each day, let's remember, that to give of ourself is to become more in tune with who you are. So keep looking beyond the outer you and find that giver in you!

Fight On!
Life can be such a fortress. It can strangle our entire being, but we must burst out of its stronghold, to stand tall even when our back is against the wall. We must stand steadfast in our beliefs, knowing that we are capable of greatness and nothing should deter us from achieving that. We are major players in our growth and development. Every step is worth it's weight in gold. So never give up on your hopes and dreams. And remember, it takes dedication and determination for each of you to truly find your Chill Spot. That place where all your hopes can be realized. So fight on, for your battle has already been won!
Self Confidence!
I know many of us have been in situations where we've felt like we had lost all confidence in ourself. When we felt like we are so incapable of being who we are, that we begin losing hope. Hope slipping from our grasp on reality. Silently we sit. And then that moment of clarity jumps in. That moment when you finally realize that you are a winner. That you are ten thousand lions strong. You stop and notice that the sorrows you've felt, were only hurdles leading you, towards your goals. That, for you to be a success it takes being in control of your strengths. Don't ever get despondent. Don't ever lose hope, keep believing that you deserve the best, and let your best lead you toward your success! Confidence!

Get up and run!
I'm such a huge fan of athletics! It's such a pleasure to see track stars, start slowly and just go into full victory mode toward the finishing line. How do we go toward our goals? Well, many of us are so unaware of how to accomplish our goals toward success. A great way to begin, is by starting slowly, then building up momentum and never quitting. Some of us spend our time dreaming of being successful. Wishing we could start a business or travel the world, complete college or even high school. Then reality sets in that life isn't a fairytale, there aren't genies around to make our wishes come true. Therefore our success happen, only through hard work, determination and perseverance. Become committed to seeing your successes through. Begin accepting your strengths and weaknesses, without being over whelmed by the latter. Always remember to let your strengths be your guide on the road to success, and be not deterred by the road blocks that may appear. As most of us already are very aware, we need to breathe in order to stay alive, but who knew breathing was important for us to LIVE! Who knew? Well I've had first hand experience of missing that point completely and I'm sure many of you have as well. Intense Relaxation
I've often times found myself feeling so bogged down by the stresses of this world, you know work, family,student loans, credit card bills, mortgage and aye yes the dreaded car note and insurance. But then, I realized that these stresses aren't new in a grown ups world, it's just the ways of adult life. But how can we survive these stresses, and still remain strong and confident? Well I'm no Dr. Phil, but I definitely believe we as adults need an escape route. That place or thing that helps us to forget our stresses and just RELAX. Don't jump to conclusions now, for the most part, we won't need Rehab for these choices, lol. Many times we make these elaborate vacations plans, take trips to exotic locations all in aid of feeling rejuvenated, chilled an relaxed. But in all honesty after this grand trip, the bill finally shows up and the stresses return. So, how do we begin seeking genuine ways to "chill"? I believe it is imperative for us as humans to find our niche, something or some where that makes us relaxed enough to in turn live longer lives. Have you found your "My-Chill Spot", today?
