As most of us already are very aware, we need to breathe in order to stay alive, but who knew breathing was important for us to LIVE! Who knew?  Well I've had first hand experience of missing that point completely and I'm sure many of you have as well. It happens when the stresses of the world seem to consume our thoughts and deeds, which oftentimes seems to leave us with little or no breathing room. Stop!, Just breathe! Did you know that breathing is a significant part of an exercise routine? Why? Well perhaps because in actuality it helps to stimulate the mind body and soul.  Have you ever tried holding your breath to feel intense joy or happiness? An impossible task! So remember, let every breath you take be your guide to your "my chill spot", that place where you feel free, relaxed, recharged and motivated. Find your" my chill spot " today, and start LIVING!
